چکیده
Phosphate solubilizing microbes (PSM) can improve soil P availability by dissolution. These make substances that regulate plant growth, which promotes growth. The present study aimed to characterize PSM and determine how application affected solubilization, phosphatase activity, upland rice yield. greenhouse experiment used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors three replications. first factor was isolates, came in four different forms: without microbes, ( Burkholderia sp.), fungus Penicillium combination of sp. sp.). isolates were characterized analyze the production organic acids, enzymes, phytohormones. second superphosphate fertilizer dose, has levels: 0, 50, 75, 100 kg ha −1 . According characterization, it produced acids such as lactate acid, oxalate citric acetate well phytohormones (IAA) enzyme phosphatase. pot results show inoculation raised available phosphatase, content plant, decreased P, increased production. For improving yields, mixed inoculants phosphate-solubilizing bacteria fungi performed better. activity yields all improved applying at 75 This showed biofertilizer reduced dosage inorganic fertilizers up 25%.

Investigating the Effect of Phosphate Solubilizing Microorganisms of Insoluble Phosphorus on Phosphorus Acquisition and Utilization Efficiency in Corn (Zea mays L.)
In order to investigate P acquisition efficiency (PACE) and P utilization efficiency (PUTE) of the corn in the presence of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms (PSMs), a factorial experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design in the greenhouse. The factors were including P sources (tricalcium phosphate (TCP) and rock phosphate (RP)) and microbial inoculation (control, soluble P ...
متن کاملRole of phosphate solubilizing bacteria on rock phosphate solubility and growth of aerobic rice.
Use of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) as inoculants has concurrently increased phosphorous uptake in plants and improved yields in several crop species. The ability of PSB to improve growth of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.) through enhanced phosphorus (P) uptake from Christmas island rock phosphate (RP) was studied in glasshouse experiments. Two isolated PSB strains; Bacillus spp. PSB9 a...

متن کاملOsARF16 Is Involved in Cytokinin-Mediated Inhibition of Phosphate Transport and Phosphate Signaling in Rice (Oryza sativa L.)
BACKGROUND Plant responses to phytohormone stimuli are the most important biological features for plants to survive in a complex environment. Cytokinin regulates growth and nutrient homeostasis, such as the phosphate (Pi) starvation response and Pi uptake in plants. However, the mechanisms underlying how cytokinin participates in Pi uptake and Pi signaling are largely unknown. In this study, we...
متن کاملRadiological risk assessment of use of phosphate fertilizers in soil
ABSTRACT Background: The radiological impact of the use of phosphate fertilizers in soil is due to the internal irradiation of the lung by the alpha particles, short lived radon-thoron progeny and the external irradiation of the body by gamma rays emitted from radionuclides in situ. This paper describes the results of gamma spectrometric measurements of the concentration ...
